Live training from Ripple Effects
Ripple Effects offers these training options to clients using our software programs:
Site based implementer training:
This three hour training has three objectives:
1 Familiarize participants with ripple Effects software, including administrative and evaluation tools
2 Develop a site specific implementation plan, customized to fit each participant’s unique situation
3 Hone facilitation skills, with an emphasis on introducing the program and reinforcing key messages
NOTE: Ripple Effects Implementer Coach training software provides multi-media tutorials which cover all of these topics. It is an ideal supplement to live training
Certified Trainer training: (your site or ours)
This two day training prepares trainers to:
1 Empower others to successfully implement Ripple Effects programs
2 Guide the development of site specific implementation plans
3 Use software resources to answer questions, collect data, and solve problems as they arise
