What you get with your order

Ripple Effects software products are available in four kinds of licenses:  5 Computer, 10 Computer, 30 Computer, Unlimited School-wide. Licenses are a one time charge for permanent use of the software version purchased, as well as technical support, at no additional charge. The recommended Upgrade/Maintenance Plan is priced 10% of gross sales price paid each year, and provides product updates at no additional cost.

All manuals/guides are available online for easy printing by customers. Media is DVD and/or you can elect to receive a download link to install the software from a secure server at no additional charge.

Single Computer License — Normally Only Available When Adding on to an Existing Installation

This licenses you to install the software on a single computer, for use by an unlimited number of students. You get:

SOFTWARE 1 software disk set for Mac/Windows.

MANUALS Electronic and Print versions versions of:  1 User’s Guide, 1 “Get up and Get Going” quick start guide, 1 Intervention Description, 1 Implementation Planner, 1 Technology Guide, 1 Assessment Tools Guide, 1 set of guides on using the software for RTI, Promotion, Prevention, and Intervention, including 50+ scope and sequences.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Unlimited telephone and email technical support.

5-Pack or 10-pack Computer License

This is a license to install the software on up to five or ten computers at one site.
You get:

SOFTWARE 2 DVD  software disk sets for Mac/Windows.

MANUALS Electronic and Print versions versions of:  1 User’s Guide, 1 “Get up and Get Going” quick start guide, 1 Intervention Description, 1 Implementation Planner, 1 Technology Guide, 1 Assessment Tools Guide, 1 set of guides on using the software for RTI, Promotion, Prevention, and Intervention, including 50+ scope and sequences.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Unlimited telephone and email technical support.

30-Pack Computer License

This is a license to install the software on no more than thirty computers, and those computers must be at a single site. You get:

Unlimited School-wide Site License

This is a license for unlimited use throughout the licensed building/site. You can install the software on any computer (including laptops) or network within the purchasing site’s building, for use by an unlimited number of students served by that site. You get:

Training and Support Services

Ripple Effects offers separate contracts for one day Staff and two day Trainer Training and Implementation Support. The Staff Training is a four hour course and is $2,500 plus trainer travel. The Trainer Training is a two-day, 12 hour course and is $3,500 plus trainer travel.

Customized Implementation Plans, customized programs, and other support services are priced individually.
